Booking the hall

 MAKING A BOOKING AT CLOPTON VILLAGE HALL

Clopton Village Hall is managed by volunteers so please bear this in mind and allow plenty of time when making a booking.  It is preferable if you can book at least a month in advance.

You can check the "Hall Bookings/Events Calendar" to see if there's an available time slot at the hall on the day you want. The calendar is usually kept up to date but this can't be guaranteed.

Before you contact the hall please have an alternative date and time in mind in case your first choice is already booked.

The hirer must be aged 21 or over. 

We regret we cannot accept bookings for teenage parties.

You can make a booking enquiry to Clopton Village Hall by completing the form below. 

We will reply as soon as possible by email and let you know if your date is available.  If you have asked for specific times, we will also be able to tell you what the hire fee will be.  Our current fees are on the main village hall page.

If you are happy with this, you will then be sent a booking form to complete and sign and be asked to agree to be bound by our Hire Terms (see panel on left of village hall page).  

Once the completed booking form has been returned by you and the deposit paid, we will be able to confirm your booking.
